Head of Customer Relationship Management
to join their Manchester-based team.This is a
newly created role , reporting to the
Head of Operations , responsible for overseeing the customer relationship function.Key responsibilities include:Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboardingWork closely with other stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth client onboarding, ensuring an efficient service to customersMonitor quality through oversight checks, reviewing operational data, and identifying training issues and process improvementsMonitor forward capacity management, ensuring resource availability during busy periodsEnsure the team processes all requests for in-life tasks such as settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, etc.The successful candidate will have proven team management experience, ideally with an understanding of the asset finance marketplace. You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines, and the capacity to think creatively to solve problems.The salary is between
£55,000 – £65,000
