We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to join the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOECPC) as the Head of Customer Engagement and Business Development, based in Sheffield. This role leads a dedicated team to deliver NHS procurement-focused customer engagement to procurement professionals in NHS member and non-member and other public sector organisations.About UsNOECPC is committed to excellence in procurement within the NHS, providing innovative solutions, cutting-edge category expertise and framework solutions that empower colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for their organisations and the wider NHS.Responsibilities

Lead a team of customer engagement and business development specialists.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.Manage key customer and stakeholder relationships at all levels including ICS.Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.Represent NOECPC at events and in the media.Collaborate with stakeholders including category procurement colleagues to identify and drive framework growth in spend under management.About You

Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills.Extensive experience managing customer engagement and business development functions for NHS procurement professionals or a similar field.Creative and innovative in developing business development strategies.Organised with exceptional attention to detail.Passionate about contributing to the improvement of NHS services.About the Organisation
