Head of Customer Connections - Everyday Banking at Lloyds Banking Group. This role leads customer growth and engagement across Current Account products with a focus on mobile-first, personalised experiences and measurable outcomes.Responsibilities

Commercial responsibility for trading and customer flow, with a deep understanding of customer behaviours to improve conversion, activation, and engagement.Influence marketing campaigns and deliver public website optimisation to drive demand in a mobile-first environment.Collaborate with platform teams to create market-leading onboarding journeys.Shape and execute activation strategies for the first months of customer engagement.Bring insight, challenge, and customer focus to product strategies and future propositional development.Be accountable for an effective system of risk management and internal controls to identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks in line with risk appetite and regulatory responsibilities.Understand product markets with awareness of customer, market, conduct, regulatory, and competitor trends.Inspire and develop a diverse, high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership.About you

Deep knowledge and application of customer and value frameworks, realising benefits for customers across Current Account and Overdraft products.Experience across products, channel distribution, UX design and marketing; using external benchmarking and gap analysis to design market-leading strategies.Robust focus on acquisition, engagement and experience performance.Ability to connect multiple teams to deliver large-scale, complex value releases through agile practices.Think differently, challenge the status quo, and lead towards the future of banking.About working for us
