Head of Curriculum Production About Us Exam Papers Plus is one of the UK''s best-known names in 11+ preparation, with a large bank of exam questions and practice papers and a learning platform that puts them in front of children and parents. Over the next 12 to 18 months, we will launch several new curriculum areas at once, across different subjects, age groups and assessment formats. About the Role You are the single person accountable for getting each new curriculum area out of the door on time, to specification and to budget. You are the Project Manager for every new vertical, from sizing and costing it through to publication on the platform, and you own the quality of what ships. This is an educational production and project management role. It is not a marketing, SEO, journalism, editorial or exam board role, and you will not be writing the questions yourself. Expect three or four programmes in production at once, across unrelated subjects, some with existing authors and some needing a subject network, a brief and a workflow built from nothing. You will need to be exceptionally organised, exacting on detail, and comfortable saying that something cannot be done in the time available if it compromises quality. You will report to the CEO, sit on the leadership team, manage a small in-house team and hold your own freelance budget.
