This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for maximising cash collection, reducing bad debt exposure and supporting profitable growth. Working closely with Sales, Operations and Customer Service, you will build strong customer relationships while driving a culture of commercial credit management and exceptional service. The Role Lead and develop the credit control team to deliver cash collection and debtor day targets. Implement effective credit management strategies that support growth while managing risk. Monitor customer credit limits and payment performance, taking proactive action where required. Manage aged debt, escalations and legal recovery processes where appropriate.
