      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: 95000.00-95000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Senior leadership remit Ownership across the full lending lifecycle Hybrid working Direct influence on credit strategy and operations  This Head of Credit role offers the opportunity to lead both credit and lending operations within a specialist bridging and development lender. You will have genuine ownership of credit standards, portfolio performance and the operational capability supporting the lending lifecycle.  As Head of Credit, you will have the autonomy to shape policy, improve processes and build a scalable credit function. The role combines senior credit leadership with operational influence across underwriting, loan management and portfolio risk.
