About the Company We are partnering with one of the UK''s leading financial planning firms to appoint an experienced Head of Corporate Solutions to lead and grow its corporate advice channel. The business is a trusted financial planning partner to individuals, families, trustees and businesses across the UK, supporting thousands of clients each year with expert advice and long-term financial planning. About the Role Head of Corporate Solutions Permanent Hybrid - Farnborough/London (1 day per week in the office) Salary: Up to £85,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role with responsibility for the growth, profitability and development of the Corporate Solutions channel. You will lead a team of consultants, oversee key corporate relationships and identify opportunities to expand the organisation''s presence within the corporate market. As the market-facing leader, you will take ownership of the corporate advice proposition, ensuring it continues to evolve in line with changing client expectations, market opportunities and regulatory requirements. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will play an influential role in shaping the future strategy of the channel, driving commercial performance and delivering consistently excellent client outcomes.
