Job Description:GI Group is seeking a Head of Corporate Governance for our Public Sector Healthcare client. The role involves advising the Board of Directors, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and supporting governance and risk management practices.
Main Duties:
Ensure effective communication to the Board and management
Review and update governance arrangements
Evaluate Board effectiveness
Prepare agendas, reports, and minutes in line with governance best practices
Support risk management initiatives
Role Requirements:
Extensive experience in governance roles
Experience in healthcare leadership
Relevant qualification in Corporate Governance or Risk Management
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Ability to travel as needed
