Drive digital, cloud, and AI integration strategies within the core banking remit, with strong emphasis on event-driven architecture and AWS-aligned delivery. Act as the internal "voice of the banking platform", ensuring alignment between business expectations and core banking product capabilities. Skills and Experience Deep core banking expertise Industry experience with banking platforms and products. Ability to influence suppliers and stakeholders, as well as critique and challenge suppliers on products created. Banking engineer level expertise. Experience in Fintech role.
