Head of ConveyancingLocation: BristolWorking Pattern: HybridTSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Bristol law firm that is looking to appoint a Head of Conveyancing to lead and develop its residential property offering.This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic leadership and management with high-quality fee earning, ideal for an experienced conveyancer who enjoys mentoring others while remaining close to clients and files.The RoleAs Head of Conveyancing, you will take overall responsibility for the conveyancing department, overseeing performance, compliance, and growth, while also managing your own caseload.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, managing, and developing a team of conveyancers and support staffSetting and driving departmental strategy, standards, and best practiceMaintaining strong compliance, risk management, and regulatory oversightFee earning on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing mattersActing as a point of escalation for complex or high-value transactionsSupporting business development and contributing to the firm''s wider growthWorking closely with partners and senior management to shape the future of the departmentThe Ideal CandidateA qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal ExecutiveProven experience handling residential conveyancing matters end-to-endPrevious experience leading or supervising a conveyancing teamStrong technical knowledge and commercial awarenessConfident ..... full job details .....
