What You ll Be Doing: • Leading the setup and growth of our construction recruitment division • Building and managing client relationships across the construction sector • Developing strategies to scale operations and manage major accounts • Sourcing and placing skilled and general labour across projects in the region • Growing and mentoring a future recruitment team • Working closely with the director on strategy, business development, and expansion What We re Looking For: • Proven experience in construction recruitment (agency side) • A strong network in the construction or MandE sectors • Someone ambitious, entrepreneurial and full of drive a builder, not just a biller • Confident working in a fast-paced environment • Commercially minded and highly driven What We re Offering: • £50,000 salary + company car + performance ..... full job details .....
