Head Of Construction/ Associate Director £30000 – £42000 DOE + High Commission + profit shareWe are looking to recruit a Head of Construction Sector leading to Associate Director then Equity Director role.Responsibilities

Manage the Building Construction and Residential Team within Pinnacle. The team will be a mixture of Permanents and Temporaries consultants.Help propel Pinnacle Recruitment to the next level.Provide dedicated management with a successful track record of headhunting staff and a successful desk within Building or Residential management.Operate in a results oriented industry; leverage high commission and team share rewards.Qualifications

Experience managing within either a Construction or Residential Recruitment Desk.Proven track record of leading a team and being a successful biller within Residential and Construction Industries.Professional headhunting experience is required.About Pinnacle / Benefits
