Job Title: Head of ConstructionLocation: StaffordshireSalary: 85,000 + Company CarSector: Offsite ConstructionA leading modular construction and building hire business is seeking a senior operational leader to oversee project delivery across England and Wales. This role is responsible for the successful delivery of modular installation, relocation, dismantling, refurbishment and collection projects. The position would suit an experienced contracts, operations or construction professional with a strong background in modular, off-site or construction project delivery who is comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and leading geographically dispersed teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead the operational delivery of modular construction and refurbishment projects across England and Wales.Manage a team of three Contracts Managers and provide oversight of Site Managers across multiple live projects.Coordinate project programmes and delivery schedules in collaboration with the Sales team.Oversee installations, terminations, dismantling, relocations, collections and refurbishment activities.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to quality standards.Support operational planning and resource allocation across a varied project portfolio.Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.Provide leadership and direction for operations, supported by an established Production Manager.Experience Required:Proven experience ..... full job details .....
