We are seeking a Head of Construction to provide short-term management support across our Further Education provision. The successful candidate will provide leadership and oversight across a broad range of construction curriculum areas, potentially including: Construction Multi-Trade Brickwork Painting and Decorating Plumbing and Gas Other associated construction curriculum areas This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FE Manager who is confident leading a curriculum department, managing staff and ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Construction curriculum across 2 colleges Provide effective leadership and support to curriculum staff. Oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of the curriculum. Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, student experience and outcomes. Monitor curriculum performance and support improvement activity where required. Manage curriculum resources, staffing and operational requirements.
