Head of Conflicts London Hybrid Working (3 days in office) Are you an experienced Conflicts Lawyer or Conflicts Lead looking for the opportunity to build and shape a global conflicts function? We''re currently working with a leading international law firm in the search for a Head of Conflicts to lead on evolving the function, modernise conflicts processes and build a stellar conflicts team. This is a rare opportunity to join a globally recognised firm at a pivotal stage, taking ownership of conflicts strategy, policy, technology and team development. The Role?Reporting directly to the firm''s Risk and Compliance Partner, you''ll play a key role in delivering a major conflicts transformation programme, including significant process improvements as part of an IntApp Cloud migration. Alongside leading complex conflicts and confidentiality matters, you''ll be responsible for growing and developing the firm''s conflicts capability over the coming years. Lead a firm-wide project to enhance conflicts processes, procedures and governance. Drive delivery of improvements alongside the firm''s IntApp Cloud implementation. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to strengthen conflicts management. Advise on complex conflicts of interest and confidentiality issues. Review and resolve conflicts arising from new matters, lateral hires and corporate transactions. Draft waivers, engagement terms and conflicts-related documentation.
