Head of Compliance - Social Housing Birmingham Up to £78,000 Goodman Masson are partnering with a social housing provider to appoint a Head of Complianc and Building Safety on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take a lead role in ensuring the organisation''s homes, buildings and services meet all relevant statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. You will provide strategic leadership across the organisation''s compliance framework, ensuring robust systems, policies and processes are in place to manage key areas of landlord compliance and protect residents, colleagues and the wider organisation. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory and legislative requirements affecting social housing and demonstrable experience of leading compliance within a housing environment.
