4-day working week

Location:

Gloucester (Hybrid – as little as 1 day a fortnight in the office)

Be part of a rapidly growing FinTech company aiming to increase their loan book 3-4 times annually over the next 5 years

This established FinTech has successfully operated a 4-day workweek for years and offers a flexible working policy tailored to individual circumstances.

You will manage a small team of two, lead compliance initiatives, and develop the company''s control framework by collaborating with key stakeholders, fostering an ethical work environment, and implementing regulatory changes.

Your role includes providing regulatory advice, promoting customer experience improvements, and ensuring fair treatment of customers. You are also expected to assume MLRO responsibilities in the future.

Ideal candidates will have senior compliance experience (preferably SMF16) within a regulated consumer lending environment, with strong knowledge of FCA regulations such as CONC, DISP, SYSC, and Consumer Duty.
