Head of ComplianceMidlands Up to £85,000Goodman Masson are partnering with a leading social housing provider to appoint a Head of Compliance.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced housing professional to take a lead role in ensuring the organisation s homes, buildings and services meet all relevant statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements. You will provide strategic leadership across the organisation s compliance framework, ensuring robust systems, policies and processes are in place to manage key areas of landlord compliance and protect residents, colleagues and the wider organisation.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory and legislative requirements affecting social housing and demonstrable experience of leading compliance within a housing environment.
