Head of Compliance and Supporter Care

This position involves leading compliance initiatives and supporter engagement, ensuring adherence to governance standards and delivering exceptional supporter care. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage compliance frameworks to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and organisational standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management. Lead supporter care operations, focusing on engagement, communication, and relationship management. Monitor supporter interactions to ensure expectations are met and maintained, fostering positive relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance supporter services and comply with fundraising regulations. Provide supervision and guidance to staff involved in supporter relations and compliance activities. Prepare reports and analysis for senior management to inform strategic decision-making. Stay updated with legislative changes and best practices related to compliance and supporter engagement. Person Specification Proven experience in fundraising compliance management from the charity sector. Strong understanding of supporter care or customer service principles. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
