Head of Compliance and Building Safety

We''re looking for a hardworking and resilient Head of Compliance and Building Safety to join our Central Service Team located in head office. £ 75,000.00 per annum, working 35 hours per week. The Head of Compliance and Building Safety will lead the strategic management and operational delivery of Look Ahead''s compliance functions, encompassing Building Safety, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Water Hygiene, Lift Safety, Electrical Safety, and Asbestos Management. This role ensures that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met with excellence, and that services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, value, and customer satisfaction. The Head of Compliance and Building Safety will lead the procurement and delivery of compliance inspections, testing, and remedial work programmes, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
