Head of Communications

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead a communications function at a key stage of organisational growth and strategic development. As part of this exciting role, you will lead the charity''s communications and engagement function, developing and delivering a strategic communications plan that supports organisational objectives and raises the charity''s profile nationally. You will manage and develop a small communications team, oversee media relations, digital communications, supporter engagement and internal communications, while ensuring consistent messaging and strong brand standards. Working closely with senior leaders across fundraising, research, policy and services, you will translate complex information into compelling stories that inspire supporters, engage stakeholders and demonstrate the charity''s impact.
