Based near Worcester/Kidderminster, you will report directly to the Managing Director and take strategic weight off Project Directors by driving margin optimisation and commercial discipline. Provide strategic leadership to Commercial Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and support teams across all active telecom programs. Lead client-facing commercial discussions, holding major telecommunications operators to account against contractual obligations, variations, and payment commitments.
