This is a leadership position with full responsibility for a key business unit, overseeing commercial performance, operational excellence, customer experience, asset management and team development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability and continuous improvement across the operation. This role offers the opportunity to lead a business area with significant autonomy, influence strategic decision-making and contribute directly to the future success of the organisation.Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and accountable culture. Drive commercial performance, profitability and achievement of business targets. Oversee the retail sales strategy for commercial vehicles, maximising returns and market opportunities. Manage vehicle asset lifecycles to optimise residual values and control costs. Develop and communicate the strategic vision for the business unit. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure vehicle availability meets market demand. Manage budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators.
