This is an exciting opportunity to shape and execute commercial strategies, manage key stakeholder relationships, and optimise project outcomes.What you''ll be doing: Lead on contract negotiations and execution for project-based and resource-based commercial arrangements. Develop and implement commercial strategies to meet margin targets, adapting to the organisation''s evolving pipeline. Manage supply chain performance, ensuring contractual alignment and risk mitigation. Support project teams with pricing and commercial governance, reviewing proposals and securing approvals. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop KPIs and improve commercial tools and processes. Oversee financial management, including PandL reporting and profit recommendations. Ensure contract compliance, obtaining formal instructions for variations and compensation events.
