The Opportunity We are working with a leading property consultancy to appoint an experienced Commercial Head of Property at Director level to lead and grow its commercial property offering in Birmingham and across the wider Midlands region. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded property professional with an established track record in commercial property consultancy, business development and client relationship management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business, driving revenue growth and strengthening its position within the commercial property market. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on commercial expertise, leading key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead the commercial property function, setting the strategic direction and delivering against ambitious business growth objectives. Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop key client relationships and expand the consultancy''s presence across Birmingham and the wider Midlands. Client Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and other key stakeholders.
