Taking ownership of sales forecasting, pipeline management and commercial performance. Building strong relationships across departments to ensure commercial commitments translate into successful delivery. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen both individual and team performance. Championing sustainability and ensuring commercial decisions reflect the company''s values. Contributing to wider business strategy as an influential member of the Senior Leadership Team.
