An ability to interpret large volumes of data and deliver impactful insights is essential. Advanced Excel skills are crucial and any exposure to Power BI would be a distinct advantage. The Head of Commercial will need to be able to develop strong relationships throughout the business and present information to non-finance personnel. Any exposure to working within a professional services or property organisations would be preferable although not a pre-requisite.
