Head of Commercial Finance

who will play a

pivotal role

in shaping our

financial direction

and enabling smart,

data led decision making

across the business.You’ll report directly to the

Finance Director

and lead a team of

Management Accountants

and

Finance Business Partners

— empowering them to deliver

value ,

insight

and

innovation

every step of the way.What You’ll Be DoingLead

the production of clear, insightful

management accounts

and

performance analysisOwn

the

end to end planning cycle :

budgeting ,

forecasting

and

long term strategic planningOversee

robust

balance sheet reconciliations

and accurate

income recognitionManage

cash settlements

and ensure compliance with

revenue recognition policiesSupport

both

internal

and

external auditsCollaborate

on

VAT

and

customs complianceDrive

commercial performance

through strategic

business partnering

with key stakeholdersEnhance

financial systems ,

controls

and

processes

while fostering

team developmentA

fully qualified accountant

( ACA ,

ACCA , or

CIMA ) with

5+ years post qualification experienceDemonstrated

leadership experience

with the confidence to
