Head of Commercial

We are supporting a leading organisation in the appointment of a Head of Commercial to take ownership of commercial activity across a portfolio of complex projects and customer contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management across complex projects and contracts. Develop commercial strategies and manage contractual obligations. Lead negotiations, variations, claims and commercial risk. Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships. Monitor project financial performance and commercial outcomes. Support bids, new business and wider commercial strategy. Provide commercial leadership and guidance to project teams. About You Proven experience in a Senior Commercial Manager or similar role. Strong contract management and negotiation experience. Background managing complex projects and customer relationships. Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical skills.
