Take the commercial lead across a complex UK-wide Facilities Management portfolio, shaping contract strategy, profitability, risk and commercial performance at senior leadership level. Opening Paragraph Are you an experienced senior commercial professional with a strong background in Facilities Management, construction or infrastructure? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Head of Commercial to provide strategic oversight across a portfolio of complex government contracts. Reporting to the Commercial Director and working closely with senior operational leadership, you ll ensure contracts remain commercially robust, profitable and effectively managed. The Role As Head of Commercial, you ll: Lead commercial strategy across a complex FM contract portfolio. Manage commercial risk, pricing, profitability and post-contract activity. Oversee contract variations, negotiations and supplier agreements. Provide commercial leadership across KPIs, payment mechanisms, disputes and mitigations. Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities to protect and improve margin. Provide senior-level commercial advice to operational and business leadership. Ensure appropriate contractual governance and risk management. Lead, develop and support the commercial team. Build a strong commercial culture across the wider business.
