      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: &amp;pound;91.74/hour | Type: Contract | Head of Commercial   Glasgow  6-month contract  -91.74 per hour - Umbrella        ARM have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Commercial, The role ensures commercial outcomes are aligned to organisational objectives, risk is appropriately managed, and supply chain and client relationships are effectively governed.        The Role:      Lead all aspects of contract negotiation and execution, covering both project-based service orders and resource-based commercial arrangements.  Develop, own, and implement the commercial strategy to achieve target margin outcomes across all contract types, adapting it in line with the evolving work pipeline.  Ensure effective engagement of the supply chain to support successful delivery, protecting the commercial strategy and maintaining balanced commercial outcomes across all partners.  Work collaboratively with senior leadership to develop and validate key performance indicators, ensuring commercial risks and incentivisation mechanisms are balanced and acceptable.
