As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the client services team and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, high-quality projects. Lead the execution of the client relationship strategy to drive positive, measurable impacts.Build strong, strategic relationships with key clients and align with their business objectives.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing client services team.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

Collect and analyse customer feedback to implement continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Head of Client Services Specification:

Experience:

Proven leadership experience in client services or account management.Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends is preferable.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams.Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
