The change team within Strategy and Communities leads a portfolio of programmes and projects that are cross-council and engage all services. We are recruiting three Heads of Change to lead major areas of this portfolio. These are senior roles responsible for driving delivery, managing complexity and ensuring programmes achieve their intended outcomes.
