Head of ChangeLeedsUp to 100,000Hybrid workingShillito Group are recruiting a Head of Change for an established financial services business in Leeds.This is not a role where you set the strategy and leave somebody else to deliver it.You will own the change portfolio, influence decisions at Board level and lead an established Projects and Change team. You will also stay close to delivery, remove barriers and make sure change is properly embedded across the business.A strong understanding of FCA regulation and Consumer Duty is important.
