We’re transforming how we support over a million customers through our Individual Annuities business. You’ll lead a strategic programme (alongside other tactical change projects) designed to future-proof our Individual Annuity Business and unlock long-term value. Working closely with senior leaders across Aviva, you’ll shape and deliver change that drives innovation, improves customer outcomes, and supports our growth. You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team at the heart of our Retirement Solutions businessSkills and experience we’re looking for

Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programStrong stakeholder management and leadership skillsDeep understanding of customer-led change and market dynamicsStrong understanding of the UK life insurance market, with experience in life productsConfident decision-maker with excellent risk management skillsDue to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirementsWhat you’ll get for this role
