Head of Category eTradingHybrid / NormantonUp to £80,000 The Advocate Group is exclusively partnering with a £500m+ UK trading business with a long-standing heritage and a broad product portfolio spanning office, facilities, seasonal, lifestyle, and general merchandise categories. The business operates multiple direct-to-consumer websites and marketplaces, including Amazon UK and EU, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and eBay, and is experiencing rapid growth in online and social commerce. They are seeking a Head of Category eTrading to lead category strategy, using marketplace insights, trend analysis, and performance data to identify high-potential products and maximise commercial performance across all channels. This is a hands-on, strategic role, working closely with the Buying Team to define product ranges, optimise assortment, and drive sales and margin growth.
