The home is full, the team is settled, and the CQC record is strong. What they need now is a confident, floor-based leader to keep standards high and help the service continue to thrive.You''ll work closely with the Manager and Deputy, mentoring senior carers, auditing care quality, coaching on best practice, and making sure every resident receives the attention and dignity they deserve. This is hands-on leadership, not a desk job and not a glorified senior role. You''ll be trusted, supported, and genuinely valued.What makes this differentThis is a home where people stay.
