This position requires a passionate and dedicated individual who can effectively communicate with staff, residents, and their families. Duties Lead and supervise the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered consistently. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in senior care. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the care home to enhance resident satisfaction and overall quality of care. Provide training, support, and mentorship to staff members to promote professional development. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for residents. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and staff performance. Oversee daily operations within the care home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
