      <description>Location: Liverpool | Salary: &amp;pound;800/day | Type: Contract | Our client is currently looking to recruit an Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme on an initial 6 month contract   Interim Head of Capital Schools Programme (PFI &amp; BSF) £800 per day inside IR35  Liverpool - hybrid   We’re seeking an experienced interim to lead a c.£80m education capital programme, covering school expansions (mainstream &amp; SEND), PFI, and BSF contracts.   You’ll drive delivery at pace, lead multidisciplinary teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and embed sustainability and net zero principles across the schools estate.    Key experience needed:      Built environment degree + professional accreditation (RICS/RIBA/CIOB/APM)   Strong background in education/public sector capital projects   PFI/BSF contract management expertise   Leadership of large teams and budgets   Procurement, JCT/NEC contracts, and full project lifecycle delivery    This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running and make a real impact.</description>
