Head of Capital Delivery

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Head of Capital Delivery-to work with one of our local authoirty-clients in London.

What the job will be doing

• Planned investment programmes including the delivery of stock conditions surveys
• Providing detailed pre-planning and delivery of multiple projects and-
• Collaborating on the provision of appropriate technical specifications to contractors to ensure the correct standard of products are installed. Including specification, design, life cycle cost, equipment selection, planned maintenance programmes and the preparation and review of possible tender documentation

Essentials

• Substantial experience in the pre-planning and delivery of Planned Investment projects and programmes
• Experience in contract management in a works delivery context
• Experience of managing / delivering the legislation and regulation requirements applicable to the delivery of programmes
