Salary: -100,000 - -120,000 Basic | -140,000 - -160,000 OTE + Benefits

We are seeking an outstanding and commercially driven Head of Business to lead a high-performing, multi-franchise automotive retail operation in Buckinghamshire.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious senior leader to take responsibility for a successful dealership operation, with a clear pathway to leading a significantly larger flagship site as part of a major future development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of growth, profitability and customer excellence.

The Role; As Head of Business, you will take full accountability for the performance of a large automotive retail operation, leading experienced departmental management teams across sales, aftersales, finance and administration.

You will be responsible for;

• Delivering commercial growth and sustained profitability.
• Leading, developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
• Driving exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
• Managing all aspects of dealership operations and performance.
• Ensuring compliance, governance and operational excellence.
• Building a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
• Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve ambitious growth objectives.

About You; We are looking for a proven automotive retail leader with experience managing large-scale, multi-franchise operations.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience as a Head of Business is essential (ideally 2 year minimum).
• A strong track record of delivering exceptional financial and operational results.
• Experience leading sizeable teams within complex dealership environments.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
• The ability to drive performance while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
