Key Responsibilities: Lead the solutions development, data, applications, and systems management functions. Oversee the data reporting team and data warehouse, ensuring insights are unlocked. Drive system integration, working with third-party SaaS products and improving workflows. Spearhead the selection and implementation of new CRM, finance, HR, and payroll systems. Ensure the performance and efficiency of core systems, including rostering solutions. Establish DevOps practices and drive innovation within the software development team.
