Head of Business Studies and Economics at Oasis Community Learning. Location: Oasis Academy Hadley. Role: Full-time, permanent. Salary: Teachers’ Main Pay Scale plus TLR2b plus £2,500 starting bonus. Lead the Business Studies and Economics department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning for years 10 – 13.Set and monitor challenging targets, building on strong prior attainment.Act as a hands-on coach and mentor within and outside the faculty to develop others.Establish strong working relationships with colleagues, students and families to support student success.Contribute to a warm, welcoming school culture and participate in whole-school improvement initiatives.What we offer
