Job description This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom. Join us as a Head of Business Performance and Insights Lead the Commercial and Institutional Banking (CandI) performance and insight capability, delivering data-driven analysis, automation and strategic challenge that supports sustainable growth, improved productivity, and better customer outcomes You''ll own the end-to-end performance and insight ecosystem, from source data and cloud architecture through to executive-level reporting and decision-making You''ll enjoy significant exposure to senior stakeholders, providing timely, trusted and actionable insight across key commercial, customer and productivity measures You''ll be required to work from the office at least two days each week What you''ll doAs Head of Business Performance and Insights, you''ll define and deliver a strategy that brings together operational and financial data to improve transparency, performance and efficiency across CandI.
