Our Client based in Harlow, are seeking a Head of Business to oversee the running of their Dealership.
 
Head of Business Person Specification:

- Previous Head of Business / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
- A Head of Business who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
- Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities of a Head of Business for our Client:

- Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
- Fully responsible for the PandL of the dealership
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
- Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.

For your hard work as a Head of Business with our Client, you can expect a salary of £100,000 OTE.
