This is a pivotal senior leadership position, with responsibility for leading the business development strategy, winning new clients, and building a high-performing sales function across the UK and Ireland.You''ll be supported by a Head of Bids and a highly capable MandE / MEP / HVAC focused Pre-Construction and Technical team, enabling you to focus on building relationships, winning new work, and scaling the business development function.Package

Develop and lead the new business strategy across the UK and IrelandIdentify, engage, and win projects with key decision makers in the Public Sector and Commercial marketsBuild and lead a team of regional Business Development Managers / Sales ManagersRepresent the business at senior level, ensuring strong client relationships and long-term partnershipsWork closely with the leadership team to shape the organisation''s future growth ..... full job details .....
