This is a strategic leadership role, offering the opportunity to work closely with the Executive Team and Senior Partners to shape and deliver business development initiatives that drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance market positioning. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded business development leader with a proven track record within the legal sector or a comparable professional services environment. Reporting into senior leadership, the Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing the firm''s business development and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with wider organisational objectives. Key responsibilities: Leading the development and execution of strategic business development and client growth plans. Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities to drive sustainable revenue growth. Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and referral networks.
