Head of Business Development and Employer SkillsLocation: London - regular presence requiredContract: Full-TimeWorking: Hybrid/Flexible across five London campusesAre you an experienced Further Education, adult skills, training or workforce development professional with strong commercial and employer engagement experience?We are supporting an education provider in London to appoint a Head of Business Development and Employer Skills.The RoleA senior leadership position combining commercial leadership, curriculum innovation, employer engagement and operational management.You will lead the growth of adult skills, professional short courses and employer-led training, working with employers, local authorities and strategic partners to develop provision aligned with workforce demand and emerging skills needs.Key responsibilities include: Developing employer partnerships and new business opportunities Leading adult skills, short course and commercial training provision Driving curriculum innovation and income growth Managing teams, budgets and income targets Leading Careers Education and employability activity Supporting strategic projects focused on growth and innovationAbout YouYou will have: Significant experience within Further Education, adult skills, training or workforce development Strong experience in business development and employer engagement Knowledge of adult funding methodologies Experience developing partnerships and delivering projects A track record of identifying ..... full job details .....
