Head of Data Adoption. As a huge global household Luxury brand, my client are always looking for new and innovative ways to adopt Data and AI into their core business. They are currently looking to hire a Head of Business Change and Communications to look at how the wider business successfully adopts new Data and AI initiatives that are happening both internally and out in the market.Responsibilities

Manage a team of change managers with a Human Centered ethos to ensure adoption of new “best practice” across the organisation.Educate and up-skill end users so technology changes are utilized and implemented with maximum effect.Collaborate with communications teams and Learning and Development to embed new skills through pilot schemes and scale them wider.Qualifications

Seasoned Business Change and Transformation professional with experience in Digital; Data or AI environments.Focus on business change or the Communications and Engagement side of Transformation rather than a strong Program Management ..... full job details .....
