to oversee the successful adoption of new Data and AI initiatives both internally and in the market.This role will manage a team of change managers with a focus on maintaining a human-centered approach to how staff adopt new best practices. Daily responsibilities include educating and upskilling end users to ensure technology changes are effectively utilized and implemented. The role involves collaboration with communications teams and Learning and Development (LandD) to work with senior stakeholders and embed new skills through pilot schemes and broader deployment.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Change and Transformation professional, preferably with a background in Digital, Data, or AI initiatives.
